* Engage warm leads through calls, texts, and email * Explain products, answer questions, and close sales * Deliver an exceptional experience that earns repeat business * Follow up consistently and overcome objections * Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Qualifications
What You Bring
* 1+ year of steady work experience in sales, retail, hospitality, serving, bartending, call center, or customer service required * Sales, commission, or other performance-based experience strongly preferred * Money-motivated and competitive: you want your pay tied to your results * Positive and coachable: you welcome feedback and are driven to hit your goals * Resilient under pressure: objections and sales targets push you forward * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required * Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
