About the role

Connexus Hub, Inc. | Fort Knox, KY | Full-time, exempt | Key personnel | Contingent on contract award

Salary: $95,000 to $115,000 a year, depending on experience Location: Army Continuing Education Division, Building 1109B, Fort Knox, KY 40121 Schedule: On site at Fort Knox, Monday through Friday, within 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern core hours

About the role

Connexus Hub is building the team for an anticipated U.S. Army contract supporting the Army Continuing Education Division (ACED) at Human Resources Command, Fort Knox. ACED runs the education benefits that Soldiers, Cadets and Army Civilians use to go to college and earn credentials: Tuition Assistance and Credentialing Assistance through ArmyIgnitED, Army Personnel Testing, and the Joint Services Transcript that turns military training into college credit. Performance is expected to begin in March 2027. We are interviewing now.

You will run the contract. That means a team of about a dozen people across five program areas, the relationship with the Government's contracting officer representative, and every deliverable that leaves the office. You will be on site at Fort Knox, and you will be the person ACED calls.

What you will do

* Plan and manage all contract work and keep 100% of the performance standards met, including during staff absences and vacancies. * Supervise the team across office operations, ArmyIgnitED, Army Personnel Testing, the Joint Services Transcript and tuition refund processing, and make sure every employee is qualified and trained. * Review every deliverable before it goes to the Government, including the Monthly Status Report, the annual roll-up and the contractor consolidated plan. * Run the monthly In-Process Review with the COR, prepare the briefing slides and publish the minutes. * Own the quality control plan: inspections, metrics, corrective action and continuous improvement. * Lead phase-in: hiring, training, background checks and CACs, knowledge transfer from the outgoing team, and inventories. * Turn changing Government priorities into a workable plan within 24 hours, and recommend process changes that save time or money. * Work with HRC, T2COM, the Joint Services Transcript program office and other Army agencies.

What you need

* A bachelor's degree in education services, business administration or management, workforce development or a related field from an accredited college, AND six to eight years of experience in education and training. OR a master's degree from an accredited college AND at least six years of experience in training and administration and project management in a customer-related service field. * Experience managing large-scale Government projects and working within Government policy and procedure. * Knowledge of military personnel automation systems and comfort working in an all-digital environment. * Strong analytical, time management and writing skills. You work independently and you start things without being asked. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Ability to work on site at Fort Knox full time. * Ability to pass an FBI fingerprint check and a Tier 1 (NACI) background investigation and obtain a Common Access Card. No security clearance is required.

A strong plus

* Prior military service. * Experience with Army education programs: ArmyIgnitED, Tuition or Credentialing Assistance, the Joint Services Transcript or Army Personnel Testing. * Familiarity with Government logistics procedures. * PMP certification.

Key personnel: This is a named position in our proposal. We need your resume and a signed letter of intent confirming your availability by 13 November 2026. You will be a direct employee of Connexus Hub.

Connexus Hub, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. This position is contingent on award of the anticipated contract.

Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 per year, DOE
