What You'll Do
* Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately * Document all medication administration and report any changes in resident condition * Work under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or delegating nurse. * Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed * Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times * Complete and renew required Maryland Board of Nursing certification * Follow all state regulations and facility policies regarding medication administration * Report and document any incidents or medication errors promptly
What We're Looking For
* Certified Medication Technician certification in good standing * High school diploma or equivalent * One year of hands-on experience as a CMT—ideally in a vibrant healthcare setting. * Expertise in safe, accurate medication administration * Top-notch attention to detail and organizational superpowers * Excellent communication and people skills * A heart full of compassion and a caring touch * Tech-savvy with electronic health records
