Looking for a steady Monday–Friday manufacturing job where you can stay active and learn industrial equipment?
Join Sibanye-Stillwater’s Granulation team and help process materials used in our precious metals recycling and recovery operations. We’re looking for dependable people who are ready to work, learn, and put safety first.
What You’ll Do
• Operate granulation and processing equipment • Load, move, weigh, and track materials • Monitor equipment and report issues • Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment • Complete basic production records • Keep your work area clean and safe • Follow operating procedures and safety requirements • Work with your team to hit daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or GED • Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial experience preferred • Forklift experience is a plus • Mechanically inclined and comfortable around equipment • Dependable with strong attention to safety • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the shift • Comfortable working in an industrial environment • Reliable transportation

Pre-Employment Requirements
This position requires applicable ITAR and NAID eligibility, background screening, drug testing, pre-employment medical clearance, and required safety training.
