Shifts: 1st shift schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am - 7:30pm Pay $20.50 per hour 2nd shift schedule: Monday - Thursday 7pm - 7:30am Pay $20.50 +$2.00 per hour shift differential = $22.50 Must be willing to work flexible hours, including mandatory and voluntary overtime as needed.

What You’ll Do
* Inspect, assemble, label, and package parts according to work instructions * Operate production equipment and labeling scan guns * Record production, quality, and scrap information accurately * Maintain production and quality standards * Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe * Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors or leads * Follow all company safety, environmental, and workplace procedures
What We’re Looking For
* High school diploma or GED preferred * At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, machine operator, or assembly experience preferred * Ability to use a computer and handheld scan gun * Strong attention to detail and quality * Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
