What You’ll Do
* Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations * Post jobs, review resumes, and coordinate interviews * Conduct support staff interviews and reference checks * Assist with onboarding and employment paperwork * Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases * Respond to employee questions and provide HR support * Assist with performance management documentation and appraisals * Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
What We’re Looking For * Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience REQUIRED * Degree in business and concentrating in human resources, preferred * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Professionalism and discretion with confidential information * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
