Part-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Riverside, CA | $40–$45/hour
Compass Palliative Care is seeking a compassionate, licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide in-person support to patients in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs).
Responsibilities
* Provide social work assessments and support tailored to patients’ needs * Help patients and families navigate care resources and address psychosocial concerns * Coordinate with facility staff and the healthcare team * Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
* Active, unrestricted California LCSW license * Experience with older adults, medically complex patients, or palliative care preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and travel to in-person visits

* Pay: $40–$45/hour * Schedule: 1 day per week | 8-10 hours per day * Setting: Assisted Living Facilities * Location: Riverside, CA * Care: In person
