CADD Tech
Cardinal Civil Resources is currently looking for an employee with high integrity and an excellent attention to detail in order to fill a position as a CADD Tech.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Ideal candidate would serve as a Survey CADD Operator & possess a superior skill set that includes:
* Perform some office duties, including data reduction, field note reduction, calculations, data checks and staking computations using survey computer programs and IntelliCAD * Daily CADD production to complete Boundary, Topographic, House Location Surveys. In addition, drafting of Grading Plans, Easement Plats, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys etc. * Carlson Civil Suites with IntelliCAD (Primary) * GIS (Secondary) * Attention to detail and self-motivated with the ability to think critically * Performs mathematical calculations and checking of field data * Reads and understands plans and specifications * Know basic sources of measurement errors * Basic understanding of geometry and grading * Performs other duties as assigned

* A high school education or equivalent is required including a background in math, geometry, and trigonometry * Minimum 5 years of experience * Previous experience working in Civil Engineering environment * Knowledge of Carlson Civil Suites with IntelliCAD is required * Possess good interpersonal skills, and effective written and oral communication skills * Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential requirements * Valid driver's license with insurable record * Background Check and Drug Testing Required
