What You’ll Do
* Protect the community by monitoring for fire, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry * Patrol regularly to keep residents, staff, visitors, and property safe * Respond promptly to 911 calls and emergencies, direct emergency personnel, and help with crowd control as needed * Keep accurate logs, incident reports, and security documentation * Help with general maintenance as needed, including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and grounds upkeep
What You’ll Need
* Florida security license (required) * 2 years of security, law enforcement, or military experience (required) * Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record (required) * CPR/AED certification within 6 months of hire (EMR preferred) * Must pass a drug screening * Must be at least 21 years old
