Luther Oaks Senior Living Community in Bloomington is hiring a PRN LPN. $34.00/hour, plus applicable shift differentials. PRN, flexible day or night shifts, minimum 4 shifts per month including 1 weekend shift.
Luther Oaks is a Life Plan Community offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. As a PRN LPN here, you'll provide direct resident care as part of a nursing team supporting residents across a full-continuum campus, with the flexibility to choose your shifts.
What you'll do
* Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care * Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed * Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members * Maintain accurate clinical documentation * Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
What you'll need
Required:
* Active Illinois LPN license * At least 18 years old * Available for at least 4 shifts per month, including 1 weekend shift
Preferred:
* Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living
Pay and benefits
* $34.00/hour, plus applicable shift differentials
Schedule PRN, on-call. Minimum 4 shifts per month, including 1 weekend shift per month.
