JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Home Health Aide, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. * Providing companionship and emotional support. * Assisting with walking, mobility, and transfers. * Preparing meals and helping with feeding when necessary. * Performing light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home environment. * Providing medication reminders in accordance with the client's care plan. * Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate supervisor. * Following individualized care plans and providing respectful, compassionate care.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
* Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required. * Compassionate, patient, reliable, and responsible. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and follow care instructions. * Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Previous home care experience is a plus!
AVAILABLE SHIFTS
We currently have opportunities for:
* 6-hour shifts * 8-hour shifts * 10-hour shifts * 12-hour shifts
Flexible daytime scheduling available.

Nassau County, Long Island, NY
