What You’ll Do
As our Dental Hygienist, you will:
* Provide excellent preventive periodontal care in a patient-centered environment * Educate patients in a clear, compassionate, and motivating way * Build strong relationships with patients and help create lifelong trust * Partner closely with doctors and team members to support optimal patient outcomes * Maintain accurate documentation and follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control standards * Help patients feel comfortable, respected, and confident in their care * Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive team culture

The right person for this role is someone who:
* Is a licensed Dental Hygienist in Wisconsin * Cares deeply about patient education and prevention * Communicates with warmth, confidence, and professionalism * Values private practice dentistry and relationship-based care * Works well with doctors, assistants, front office team members, and fellow hygienists * Is dependable, humble, kind, and clinically thorough * Wants to be part of a practice where patients are treated as people, not procedures
