* Responsibilities: * Must be admitted to the New York bar in good standing. * Ideal candidates will have civil litigation (1-2 years) experience in both state and federal courts. * Candidates should be able to draft complicated legal memoranda and have strong academic credentials. * Candidates interested in participating in business development efforts are required. * Monitoring relevant regulatory and legislative changes and requirements * Experience in health law and/or land use matters is a plus.
