Sunflower Development Center is hiring passionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism while working in a supportive, collaborative, and clinically focused environment.

What You'll Do
* Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder
* Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
* Teach communication, social, play, adaptive living, and daily living skills
* Support behavior reduction programs using positive and evidence-based approaches
* Collect accurate session data and complete documentation
* Collaborate closely with BCBAs, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and caregivers
* Help children build independence and meaningful life skills
What We're Looking For
* Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
* BT candidates welcome; training available
* Experience working with children preferred
* Background in ABA, education, psychology, special education, childcare, human services, or related fields is a plus
* Reliable, professional, and compassionate individuals
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to receive coaching and implement feedback
