What You'll Do As our Warehouse Manager, you'll take ownership of all warehouse operations while helping ensure materials, inventory, and shipments move efficiently throughout the organization.
Responsibilities include: * Managing day-to-day warehouse operations * Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming materials * Picking, staging, and preparing outgoing shipments * Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently * Maintaining accurate inventory records and inventory control processes * Improving warehouse organization, workflows, and operational efficiency * Coordinating material needs with production and purchasing teams * Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment * Supporting inbound and outbound logistics activities * Working closely with office, production, and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations * Training alongside our Corrugated Designer to learn packaging design concepts, systems, and workflows * Providing backup support for design projects and customer requests as skills develop * Collaborating with Design and Sales teams to help create packaging solutions for customers
What We're Looking For * 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or operations experience * Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred * Forklift experience or willingness to become certified * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments * Experience with inventory systems, ERP systems, or shipping software is a plus * Interest in learning new skills and growing within the organization * Positive attitude and commitment to safety
