About the Role
Join an early-stage team building AI software for enterprise procurement. You will own customer problems from discovery through production while helping shape the product, technical direction, and engineering practices.
What You'll Do
* Build and ship full-stack features based on customer needs, from discovery through production.
* Develop AI-enabled workflows and shared foundations for agent context, tool use, and evaluation.
* Design reliable LLM workflows with evaluation loops, guardrails, and observability.
* Make architectural decisions across performance, security, and developer experience.
* Review AI-assisted code and improve product quality through frequent releases and user feedback.
* Help establish engineering practices and contribute to hiring as the team grows.
* Build real-time data pipelines and integrations with enterprise systems.
What We're Looking For
* At least 3 years of full-stack engineering experience, delivering end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
* Production experience with TypeScript and Python, plus hands-on experience building and deploying applications with Next.js.
* Production experience with LLMs, retrieval systems, and embeddings, including an understanding of latency, cost, and quality trade-offs.
* Strong frontend, backend, database, API design, and full-stack architecture skills; experience with React, PostgreSQL or Supabase, Vercel, and REST or GraphQL is relevant.
* Evidence of strong engineering ability, initiative, and ownership, with experience shipping production software at a startup or similarly entrepreneurial team.
* Experience with procurement, ERP, enterprise supply chain, or data-intensive B2B products is helpful.
* Comfort working hands-on as an individual contributor, communicating clearly, and collaborating with a small team in person.
