What You'll Do
* Assist professional nursing staff in providing care to Assisted Living residents * Support residents with daily living activities, including personal care, providing fresh water, maintaining cleanliness, changing linens, weighing residents, preparing for meals, and distributing nourishments * Ensure Resident Rights are upheld and report any suspected abuse or neglect * Serve as a stepping stone toward obtaining healthcare licensure (CNA, LPN, RN, etc.) * Apply basic sanitation knowledge
What You'll Need
* High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience (required) * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team * Ability to produce a negative drug test
