Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, working a varying schedule including every other weekend
Days: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Full-Time or Part-Time) Weekends: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Every other weekend)
Wage Range: $27.89 - $36.26 per hour (based on experience)
Bonus: $5,000 Part-Time $10,000 Full-Time
Location: 930 West 16th Street, Hastings, MN 55033
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
* Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans. * Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions. * Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides. * Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff. * Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders. * Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy. * Documents care using electronic charting systems. * Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties. * Performs other duties as assigned.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications: * Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing. * Long Term Care work experience required * Strong data collections skills. * 2 years of LPN experience. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively. * Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
