Looking for a higher hourly rate without traditional benefits? The Lutheran Home is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in a full-time Pay in Lieu of Benefits (PIB) position earning $45.00 per hour.
As an RN, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional care to residents while working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team in a faith-based senior living community.
What You'll Do
* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents * Complete assessments and monitor resident conditions * Develop and update individualized care plans * Administer medications and treatments as ordered * Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams * Communicate effectively with residents and families * Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
Qualifications
Required:
* Current Illinois RN License * Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience
Preferred:
* Strong clinical assessment skills * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Compensation
* $45.00/hour * Pay in Lieu of Benefits (PIB) position * Additional shift differentials may apply

* Full-Time * Available shifts: * 6:00am - 2:00pm * 7:00am - 7:00pm * 7:00pm - 7:00am
