We’re expanding our team and looking for Behavior Technicians (BTs & RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy across NYC.

What You’ll Do
* Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy * Work with a BCBA to support skill development * Track progress and create a safe, positive environment
Compensation
* Competitive hourly pay $$$ based on experience, location, availability, and languages spoken.
Training & Growth
* Free 40-hour RBT training (online) * Certification exam reimbursement * Ongoing support + growth opportunities
Requirements
* Experience with children (preferred, not required) * Willing to obtain RBT certification within 3 weeks * Reliable, patient, and strong communication skills
