Team Leader Nights
To introduce a Team Lead Nights role that strengthens operational support, leadership cover, and compliance management within the cash and carry operation, while supporting local walk-in sales growth.
The Team Lead Nights will support the Manager in the running of the site, provide cover during absence, and take a hands-on approach to support teams, maintain standards, and ensure continuity of leadership on a Permanent Full-Time basis in Value Centre Cork.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide operational and leadership cover in the absence of the Manager/Assistant Manager
* Support compliance across: * Food Safety * Health & Safety * Medicinal products * Transport and distribution * Order assembly and route preparation
* Assist with daily operational planning and execution
* Support team supervision, coaching and task allocation
* Support Loading and unloading of customer orders to delivery vehicles
Requirements
The successful candidate will:

* Have experience in a replenishment function (desirable).

* Have strong negotiating and influencing skills, and have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
