Most of our consultants have a background in top-tier strategy consulting, private equity, or corporate finance, and have studied at leading business schools and technical universities.How you will deliver impactAs an Engagement Manager, you will:• Engage with senior client executives to understand and advise on their business problems• Define projects and approaches for solving client problems and arrive at actionable recommendations• Take full responsibility for delivering complex projects from start to end• Lead teams of both SPP consultants and client stakeholders• Be the dayto-day manager of project activities• Be an inspiration role model for your SPP colleagues• Leverage your consulting experience to bring best practices and methodologies• Contribute as a subject matter expert within one or several areas relevant to SPP
