About the role
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team.
* Receives order for products by telephone, fax or mail. Enters orders and distributes to all relevant department. * Checks pricing to ensure correct information is being given to the customer. * Coordinates with production product availability, color match, and estimated delivery date. * Forwards customer acknowledgement by fax, or email. Follows up on orders, ensuring manufacture and shipment are completed on time. * Communicates with customers regarding any deviations from original orders. * Communicates with management on any problems or deviations requiring assistance and ensures invoice data is correct by checking pricing, quantities shipped, etc. * Distributes appropriate documentation to accounting and retains customer files and price book. * Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) * (3) Three years related experience In Customer Service * Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. * Ability to write simple correspondence. * Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. * SAP Experience a plus+
