WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:
* Accurately picking products using an RF Scanner, ensuring order accuracy. * Reading customer orders and retrieving items from warehouse racks using barcodes and serial numbers. * Updating inventory in ERP system after each item is picked. * Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment for all stakeholders. * Operating heavy equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
OUR MUST HAVES:
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience * Customer service focus with strong communication skills. * Dependable attendance and reliability. * Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. * Motivated to learn and grow within the role. * Stamina to stand and walk throughout the shift. * Computer proficiency. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally more with or without accommodation. * Physical ability to perform various warehouse tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, etc. * Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment. * Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
