Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering:
* Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and technology needs. * Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for technology projects. * Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, workflows, and technical specifications. * Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Technical Understanding & Solutioning:
* Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are well understood and translated into technical solutions. * Possess a deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, APIs, and database management. * Analyze existing systems and recommend technical improvements or integrations. * Collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable and efficient solutions.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
* Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa. * Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and technical documentation. * Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive decision-making and solution design.
Testing & Implementation Support:
* Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test cases and ensuring business requirements are met. * Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues during implementation. * Ensure smooth transition from development to production with proper documentation and training.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience: 8-12 years as a BA/PO in a technology-driven environment. * Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development, databases, APIs, cloud computing, and system integration. * Analytical Skills: Ability to break down complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with both business and technical teams. * Tools & Technologies: Experience with SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Agile methodologies, API documentation (Postman, Swagger), data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. * Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. * Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments with product owners, developers, and testers.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Experience in AI, machine learning, or data analytics projects is a plus. * Certifications like CBAP, CSPO, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
Additional Information
Salary Range: $135K - $150K Gross (base+bonuses) + standard Nagarro Benefits
