What You'll Do
Direct Care Workers may assist clients with:
* Personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care * Mobility assistance, ambulation, and transfers * Guided exercises * Light housekeeping including vacuuming, dishes, laundry, and dusting * Grocery shopping and errands * Transportation to appointments * Preparing and serving meals and snacks * Medication reminders * Companionship and emotional support
Qualifications
* One year of home care experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person * Reliable transportation * Willingness to complete a criminal background check * Ability to complete or provide a two-step TB test * Dependable and responsible * Compassionate and patient
