About the role

Through technical expertise, product knowledge, and a consultative approach, we deliver solutions tailored to each customer's needs. As a Technical Product Specialist, you'll support customers and the sales team by providing technical guidance, recommending products, and helping drive business growth through effective multi-product solutions.
Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of assigned product lines and their applications * Provide technical support to the sales team and directly engage with customers and suppliers * Collaborate with Product Managers on quality issues, product development, marketing content, and ERP data * Train and motivate the sales force on product features, benefits, and applications. * Work cross-functionally with departments like Engineering, Marketing, Logistics, and Manufacturing * Assist in identifying new applications and market opportunities. * Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: * Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience * Strong technical aptitude * Excellent communication skills in English * Proven customer service experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) * A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for problem-solving
