Franklin Sussex Auto Mall Automotive Prep & Detail Technician
Franklin Sussex Auto Mall is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our Prep & Detail Department!
Whether you are new to automotive detailing or already have experience, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced dealership environment, develop your skills, and grow within the company. We are currently hiring Full-Time Prep & Detail Technicians at both entry-level and experienced levels.
Location: Sussex, New Jersey Job Type: Full-Time Work Location: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday & Saturday when needed; Hours Vary Compensation Range: $17.00–$18.00 per hour, paid weekly

Responsibilities
* Clean, wash, and prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for the dealership lot * Detail and prepare vehicles for customer delivery * Wash and clean customer vehicles as needed * Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of dealership vehicles * Assist with general dealership and work-area maintenance * Ensure vehicles meet dealership presentation and cleanliness standards * Safely move and park vehicles throughout the dealership property * Work efficiently during high-volume periods, including month-end * Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets Company and insurance requirements * Ability to safely operate both customer and dealership vehicles * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail * Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned work efficiently * Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform the physical duties associated with vehicle cleaning and detailing * Previous automotive detailing experience is preferred but not required * Willingness to learn and maintain Nielsen Automotive Group quality standards
