You will assist clients with researching, booking, and finalizing their travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
* Provide destination information, recommendations, and travel advice
* Ensure accuracy of reservations, itineraries, and travel documents
* Communicate with clients via phone, email, or online platforms to provide support
* Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
Qualifications

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests
* Comfortable using online booking tools and digital platforms
* Previous customer service, hospitality, or travel experience is a plus but not required
