Job Description
We are seeking experienced and driven Microsoft 365 Developers to join our agile development team. As part of our digital transformation initiatives, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Microsoft 365-based business applications and workflows using cutting-edge technologies such as PowerApps, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to scalable enterprise solutions and shape cloud-based architecture in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement cloud-based application architectures based on Microsoft 365. * Build and optimize Dev-Test-Int-Prod deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps. * Develop enterprise applications using PowerApps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps). * Create user-centric interfaces and layouts for Canvas Apps in line with UX best practices. * Design and develop Power Automate workflows to serve as business logic layers and enable cross-app integrations. * Model and manage data using the Common Data Service (Dataverse), ensuring efficient data structure and governance. * Apply best practices in relational data modeling, data representation, and management.
Qualifications
* 3-5+ years of professional experience in Microsoft 365 Cloud Architecture and application development. * Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and modern CI/CD processes. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative approach.
Preferred Additional Skills:
* Integration of Office 365 components, particularly SharePoint Online and PowerApps. * GUI customization and extension of Microsoft Dynamics 365. * Setup and configuration of Power Portals.
Working Style & Methodology:
* Strong understanding and application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.). * Team-oriented mindset with proven experience working in agile, cross-functional teams. * Commitment to continuous learning and adopting new technologies and frameworks.
