Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated LPN to work in our Gardner, MA program. The License Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aspire Living & Learning plays a vital role in overseeing the quality of health and nursing care for individuals served by Aspire Living & Learning, Inc. This involves understanding the particular needs of each individual within the program; making sure our employees and health care providers are attending to all needs identified and complying with state regulations and Aspire policies and procedures; training and educating all parties on essential health related matters; and providing on-going consultation and support to the individuals, staff, providers, coordinators and family/guardians. The LPN may part of the staffing minimums within the group homes.
Our ideal candidate:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Must have demonstrated computer literacy. * 18 years of age or older. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Basic understanding of clerical procedures and system. * Ability to pass and maintain required trainings. * Must possess an active nursing license in the state in which you’re * Must have satisfactory background checks * Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
