* Lead capture efforts for major programs, coordinating with engineering, proposal, and leadership functions as needed.

* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the Baltic defence organizations, especially the Estonian Centre for Defence Investment (ECDI), the Latvian State Defence Logistics and Procurement Centre (VALIC) and the Lithuanian Defence Materiel Agency (DMA), as well as the respective land, naval and air force commands, to understand needs and position TYTAN’s solutions accordingly.

* Identify new business opportunities and procurement programs ahead of formal tenders, including joint Baltic initiatives and NATO frameworks (e.g. NSPA, allied forward presence).

* Own pipeline forecasting, CRM reporting, and account planning for the Baltic market.

* Represent TYTAN at industry events, demonstrations, and field exercises.

* Support proposal development and customer briefings.

Requirements

* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience presenting to senior military and government officials. Live, named relationships with procurement and requirements-owner stakeholders in this market.

* University degree, preferably in a STEM field.

* >5 years of experience in sales or business development in the defence sector; a background as an Soldier is a plus.

* In-depth experience with Baltic defence procurement processes and in contract negotiations with public-sector clients.

* Proven track record of working with various agencies and authorities, particularly at command level. Demonstrated success capturing and growing defense programs.

* Experience in building partnerships and consortia with industry partners, ideally including Baltic defence industry players.

* Independent working attitude and a professional presence, including with high-ranking military and civilian decision-makers.

* Strong drive to build your own area of responsibility and grow with the company.

* Exceptionally high commitment and willingness to travel. High ownership and initiative. Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment.

* Willingness to undergo security clearance process

* Business fluency in at least one Baltic language (Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian) and business-fluent English; German is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Prior service in a Baltic armed force, or extensive direct professional engagement with the Baltic armed forces.
