We’re currently seeking a Commercial Electrical Foreman to join our team of driven professionals committed to excellence and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage crews on commercial electrical job sites * Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications * Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades * Ensure all work is completed according to code, schedule, and safety standards * Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and material tracking * Train, mentor, and evaluate electrical apprentices and journeymen
Requirements: * 5+ years of commercial electrical experience * Proven leadership skills with experience running crews * Strong understanding of NEC codes and OSHA safety practices * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred

Physical Requirements
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. * Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed during the workday. * Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. * Ability to safely navigate construction sites, including uneven surfaces and ladders. * Must be able to use hand tools and power tools required for electrical tasks. * Ability to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, etc.). * Must be able to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
