As part of our, central functions division, we are looking for a Administrator to join our busy Payroll team on a 2-month fixed-term contract. This role will provide vital administrative support, helping to ensure payroll queries are managed efficiently and employees receive a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the central Payroll inbox, responding to and redirecting queries as appropriate. * Provide administrative support to the Payroll team. * Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information. * Process payroll-related documentation and correspondence. * Liaise with employees and managers to resolve payroll queries. * Support the team with general administration and data entry tasks.
Qualifications
About You:
* Previous administration experience, ideally within a payroll, HR, or finance environment. * Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. * Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively. * Confident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
