Job Title: TruPro Technician (Plumbing & Tile)
Location: DeSoto and Tate Counties, Mississippi
Pay: $22 to $27/hr based on experience
Type: Full-time, W-2, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 4:30

We do home repairs, maintenance, and safety modifications like grab bars, accessible showers, and fall-prevention updates. Our customers trust us in their homes, and we take that seriously.
The Role We’re looking for a technician with plumbing and tile experience who can work independently or as part of a crew. You’ll run your own jobs from start to finish with little supervision, treat customers with patience and respect, and leave every home cleaner than you found it.
What You’ll Do
* Repair and replace faucets, toilets, valves, drains, supply lines, and water heaters * Remove and install tubs, shower valves, and shower pans * Install tile floors, shower walls, and backsplashes, including demo, backer board, and waterproofing * Convert tubs to walk-in or curbless showers * Install grab bars and other safety upgrades * Track your time, materials, and job photos in our app (Housecall Pro)
What You Bring
* 5+ years of residential plumbing experience * Proven tile installation skills (photos of past work welcome) * Ability to diagnose problems and work independently * Your own hand tools * Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance * Pass a background check and motor vehicle record check * Plumbing license a plus
