Responsibilities
The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
* Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunction of vehicles and perform repairs. * Accurately document record of all repairs, services and maintenance performed on vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. * Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs. * Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
Qualifications
* Required: Minimum 3 years as a Kia Master Technician with proven Kia diagnostic and repair experience. * Required: Kia dealership experience is required * Required: Strong knowledge of Kia systems, tools, and repair procedures with a commitment to quality workmanship. * ASE, Smog, and manufacturer certifications are desired. * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. * A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Compensation
* The estimated hourly production rate range for this position is $33.80 - $49.00.
