Learning Ladders ABA is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly skilled Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to a child in Mechanicsville, VA.
We are looking for a confident, patient, and dependable professional who has experience supporting children with a range of needs and is passionate about helping children achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous ABA therapy experience required
* Experience managing challenging behaviors strongly preferred
* RBT certification preferred, but not required
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong English communication skills
* Patient, calm, compassionate, and dependable
* Comfortable collaborating with family members in the home environment
* Available for afternoon sessions beginning after 2:00 PM
