Qualifications
* Professional Degree: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
* Licensure: Current (or eligible) state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
* Experience: While previous management experience is required, a strong clinical foundation and a desire to lead are essential.
* Mindset: A "team-first" attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for professional development.
