We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Managing Director France to lead CATARI's market development and operational setup in France. In that role you will be responsible for establishing the local organization, building a high-performing team, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving profitable growth. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded leader who combines strong business development capabilities with operational execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and lead CATARI's operations in France. * Develop and execute the market entry and growth strategy. * Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, industrial clients, and key market stakeholders. * Identify and secure new business opportunities within industrial, infrastructure, energy, and other sectors. * Recruit, develop, and lead the local team. * Take full ownership of the French P&L and business performance. * Set up the local organizational structure, processes, and operational framework. * Ensure alignment with CATARI's global standards, values, and strategic objectives. * Provide regular reporting and business updates to headquarters.

* Proven success as a General Manager, Country Manager, Managing Director, or comparable leadership position (Experience with full P&L responsibility and business management) * Strong experience within the industrial services, scaffolding, or access solutions. * Demonstrated track record of building and growing a business operation. * Solid understanding of the French market.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to deliver results. * Ability to operate independently and build an organization from the ground up. * Well-established network among EPC contractors and industrial customers in France. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
