The Role Involves - Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom - Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication - Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development - Build strong, long-term client relationships - Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism - Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions
What You'll Need - Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools - Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam - Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable - A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills - Eligible to work in the United States - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company - Customer service background helpful but not required
