💥 WHAT YOU’LL DO (WHERE YOUR SKILL MATTERS)
* Perform high-level diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with Ford factory standards * Accurately document all work performed on repair orders * Diagnose complex vehicle concerns and complete authorized repairs efficiently * Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and Parts to keep workflow moving * Complete multi-point inspections and provide professional recommendations * Stay current with Ford technical bulletins and participate in paid factory training * Maintain your personal tool inventory * Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds long-term loyalty

✅ REQUIREMENTS
* 18+ years old * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver’s license with clean driving record * Own basic professional tools * Authorized to work in the U.S. * Able to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
Ford certifications and dealership experience strongly preferred.
