We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Part-time Service Associate to join our team in Brunn/Gebirge, Austria. As a valued member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining our high standards of service.
* Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests * Take orders accurately and efficiently at the counter or drive-thru * Prepare and serve ordered products with attention to quality and presentation * Handle cash and credit transactions with precision * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods * Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed * Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifikationen
* Genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction and service * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication skills in German; additional languages are a plus * Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays * Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately * Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food service * Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required * High school diploma or equivalent
