About the role
Job Description
We are supporting a leading life sciences organization on a large-scale MES transformation program and are seeking an experienced MES Project Manager with strong Koerber PAS-X expertise.
The successful candidate will lead MES initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of manufacturing digitalization projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end MES projects from design through deployment and go-live. * Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications. * Coordinate business, manufacturing, quality, validation, and IT teams. * Support global MES template deployments and process harmonization initiatives. * Oversee system integration, testing, validation, and implementation activities. * Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, and industry quality standards.
Qualifications
Required Experience
* Proven experience managing MES projects within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. * Strong knowledge of Koerber PAS-X. * Experience with MES integrations involving ERP, warehouse management, and enterprise systems. * Understanding of EBR, MBR, equipment integration, master data, and manufacturing workflows. * Experience working in regulated GxP environments. * Familiarity with ISA-95 and Computer System Validation (CSV).
Nice to Have
* Experience with SAP integration. * Knowledge of manufacturing reporting and analytics solutions. * Experience supporting global MES template rollouts across multiple sites. * Exposure to process modelling and test management tools.
Qualifications
* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. * Excellent communication skills in both French and English. * Ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
