Kids First is a fast-growing ABA agency servicing families across New York, and we are currently looking for experienced and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Queens.
Please note: This position is ONLY for currently certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) an extensive background in ABA services.

Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) * Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs * Track session data and client progress * Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for clients and families * Collaborate closely with the clinical team

Requirements
* Active RBT Certification (Required) * Experience working with children with ASD and developmental disabilities * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Reliable transportation preferred * Ability to work after-school hours and/or weekends
