What You'll Do:
* Lead strategic buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions * Draft and negotiate definitive transaction documents * Manage due diligence and oversee deals from signing through closing * Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and opposing counsel
We're Looking For:
* 3–6 years of strategic M&A experience at a Big Law, strong midsize, or reputable boutique firm * Ability to independently manage transactions with minimal supervision * Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills * Active admission to a U.S. state bar
