What You'll Do
* Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and guide them through the buying process. * Build relationships through phone, text, email, and in-person communication. * Learn our vehicle lineup and confidently present features and benefits. * Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale. * Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and people skills * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Self-motivated with a desire to succeed * Professional appearance and work ethic * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record * Must be at least 21 years old or have three years of licensed driving experience for insurance purposes * Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
