About the role
We are hiring an experienced Sous Chef - Indian Cuisine for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Currently working as a Sous Chef, with at least 1–2 years of experience in the same role.
* Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
* Excellent leadership, team management, and staff training skills.
* Ability to maintain food quality, consistency, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
* Smart, proactive, well-presented, and professionally groomed.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Salary
* Salary: QAR 5,500 + 1 duty meal + Free accommodation and transportation + Annual air ticket

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Sous Chef
Age: Below 36 years
