What you’ll be doing
* Leading the day-to-day hospitality operation * Planning service across meetings, events and functions * Leading, motivating and developing the hospitality team * Building strong relationships with clients, customers and key stakeholders * Maintaining excellent food, beverage, presentation and service standards * Managing labour, stock, costs and operational controls * Supporting menus, events and service innovation * Ensuring food safety, allergen, health and safety and company standards are maintained

* Experience managing hospitality, events or high-quality food and beverage service * A confident, warm and professional leadership style * Strong planning, organisation and attention to detail * Excellent client relationship and communication skills * Commercial awareness and confidence managing operational priorities * A passion for developing people and delivering exceptional service * A positive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach
