Key duties…
* Supervise and support daily operations of the spa and wellness areas, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and member satisfaction * Lead the spa team in delivering high-quality services including massage, facials, and body treatments, adhering to brand and treatment protocols * Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of therapists and spa attendants * Monitor and ensure compliance with all health & safety, hygiene, and licensing standards * Maintain spa ambience and standards across treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing facilities * Assist the Spa Manager with stock control, supplier liaison, and inventory management * Help manage guest bookings, treatment schedules, and coordination with reception * Respond professionally to member and guest feedback or concerns * Create efficient staff rotas, manage labour costs, and reduce unnecessary overtime to maintain operational excellence. * Uphold and enforce standards of appearance, compliance, safety, and professionalism across the team.

What we are looking for...
* Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a therapist or spa supervisory role * Recognised spa, massage, or beauty therapy qualification (e.g., NVQ, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO) * Experience working in a luxury spa, hotel, or private members club setting * Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills * Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills * Strong organisational and time management abilities
