About Us Concord isn't your typical consulting firm; we're an execution company. We help organizations move technology and AI initiatives from concept to measurable capability, working alongside our clients from the initial definition of success through full implementation and adoption.

Our team brings expertise across AI, data, digital experience, and platform engineering, enabling the organizations we serve to build lasting internal capability. We operate as a global team, with a presence across the United States, Latin America, Europe, and India, giving our clients access to specialized talent and continuous coverage across time zones.

About the Role We are looking for an Order-to-Cash (O2C) Product Manager to own the back-end O2C business processes for an environmental services client. This role is about deep process knowledge, not expertise in a specific platform. You'll bridge the business and IT teams, understand how orders become invoices and invoices become cash, identify where the process breaks down, and turn that into clear requirements and improvements. This is a senior role for someone who already knows O2C inside and out and can be effective from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

* Own the end-to-end order-to-cash process, from order entry and pricing through billing, invoicing, collections, and cash application * Act as the bridge between business teams (sales operations, billing, credit, and collections) and IT, translating process needs into clear requirements * Identify O2C pain points, such as billing errors, invoice disputes, delayed collections, and manual workarounds, and drive solutions * Document current-state and future-state processes and define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for improvements in a custom ERP environment * Partner with technical teams through delivery, and validate that changes solve the underlying business problem * Track and report status on initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed and flagging risks early

Experience and Skills

* 10+ years of experience in order-to-cash business processes, in a product, business process, or business analysis role * Deep, end-to-end understanding of O2C, including order management, pricing, invoicing, credit, collections, cash application, and dispute management * Fluency in O2C terminology and common challenges (e.g., DSO, billing accuracy, unapplied cash, credit holds, disputes) * Proven experience bridging business and IT teams on back-end process improvements * Experience with any ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom-built systems); no specific platform required * Ability to work on-site in King of Prussia, PA, at least 3 days per week * Experience working in custom or homegrown ERP environments (helpful but not required)

What We Offer (W-2 Employment)

* Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Comprehensive coverage to support your overall well-being. * Employer Contributions to Health Savings Accounts (HSA): For employees enrolled in High Deductible Health Plans, Concord contributes toward your HSA. * Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA): Options for healthcare and dependent care expenses, plus a Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) for wellness and personal development. * Disability Insurance: Short-term (up to 12 weeks) and long-term coverage, fully paid by the employer. * Life and AD&D Insurance: Employer-provided coverage with options for additional voluntary coverage. * Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Support for legal, financial, and personal challenges. * 401(k) Retirement Savings: 1% employer match. * Career Growth Opportunities: Pathways for advancement and skill development. * Team Engagement Activities: Regular team-building events and company-sponsored activities to foster collaboration and connection.
